Hello everyone!  Here are some notes around the holiday schedule, some new classes, and Christmas goodies!

We are adding a few classes to our schedule starting the first week of January.  Please contact Mr. Pierce for details.

Family Class – Saturdays at 12:30

Tween & Teen MMA – Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7

Ladies Self Defense – Wednesdays @ 7:30
